This page explains how the V. Cleans website handles the information you enter and the choices available to you.
The enquiry form
Submitting this form sends your name, contact details, postcode and cleaning requirements securely to the V. Cleans contact server. We use these details to respond, prepare a quote and arrange the service you request. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
The contact server sends the enquiry through IONOS to our business inbox at hello@vcleans.co.uk. We do not use a third-party form platform or a submissions database. An on-screen confirmation means the contact server has accepted the submission for email delivery; it does not guarantee that an email has reached the inbox.
Only include information relevant to your clean. Please do not include door codes, alarm codes or payment-card details. Your browser may retain form entries through its own autofill or session features; this website does not save them in browser storage.
Protecting the form
Our contact server temporarily keeps a hashed version of your network address to limit automated or repeated submissions. This short-lived anti-spam state does not contain the message you enter. The application does not keep the raw network address in this state, and request access logging is disabled. Hosting systems may still process technical information or error logs to operate and protect the service.
Our business inbox
IONOS hosts our business email and handles transmission and mailbox storage. Enquiries delivered by email remain in that inbox and related business correspondence so we can respond and manage the requested work. For questions about information you have sent or how long it is needed, please contact us using the details below.
Cookies and hosting
This website’s own code does not set cookies or use advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts and images are hosted with the site. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as network requests, to deliver and protect the website.
Your choices
